I love that you did this as an audio post, one of my teachers says poetry is always meant to be heard out loud, and I agree. A timeless and gorgeous poem that speaks to all of us especially in grief.

Your good questions inspire thought… walking in nature helps me stay in the present, writing helps me bring my daughter's life into the present also. When I am having a hard time, I make myself find one thing in nature, in my surroundings, that I can love. Thank you for sharing this today.
